Carol Dunford Jackman was born in Provo, Utah in 1933. She is an artist who celebrates the human form in representational bronze sculpture. She lives in Provo, Utah.Jackman studied art with an emphasis in oil and watercolor earning a BFA in 1955. She returned to study under Dallas Anderson in 1984 and found that sculpture was her preferred medium.Jackman's work has been part of the Springville Museum of Art spring salon. Celebration was part of the 60th spring salon; Legacy of the Muse was part of the 62nd Salon; Sisters was part of the 69th Salon. She has also won the purchase award at the American Congress of Art and Design exhibit.
